Burnley FC in the Community is a self-financing registered charity (no; 1155856) with a mission to support communities, inspire communities and deliver change in communities. This is achieved through the delivery of three community objectives:

To provide tangible community outcomes across our key themes of work including Education & Employability, Community Welfare & Inclusion, Football Developme

⚽ From Grassroots to Elite 👇

Our Burnley FC Football & Education Programme players experienced an unforgettable residential at St. George’s Park – the home of England’s national teams

From learning directly from England coaches to touring the world-class National Football Centre, the squad gained a real insight into what it takes to perform at the very top 🔥

They also had the chance to meet current and former pros, including Ashley Barnes and Jonjo Shelvey – hearing first-hand what it takes to succeed in the game 👏

The trip finished in style with a visit to Shrewsbury Town FC, where the lads showed incredible character to come from behind and win 3-2 💥 A perfect example of the resilience, quality and togetherness we demand every day.

💭 These are the experiences that shape players – on and off the pitch – building the standards, mindset and professionalism needed for the next level.

Join us on Wednesday 8th July for our Football and Education Information Evening at Turf Moor, hosted in partnership with Nelson and Colne College Sixth Form and Accrington and Rossendale College ⚽

This event is aimed at Year 11 students and their parents, and will run from 6:00pm to 7:30pm. Whether you're hearing about the programme for the first time or have already attended a trial or open training session, you're warmly invited to take part.

The evening will include course talks, interviews, and guided stadium tours, offering a valuable insight into our Football and Education pathway.

🏆 FUTURE CLARETS BURNLEY FESTIVAL CHAMPIONS 🏆

A fantastic day for our Future Clarets Burnley U7-14’s at the York City WYDC Festival, hosted at FC United of Manchester Stadium. ⚽🔥

All age groups competed in a league format against strong opposition including multiple York City sides, Leeds United and Burnley FC teams.

Our U7/8’s once again played some outstanding football, continuing their unbeaten run throughout the day. At this age group, results are not recorded, with the main focus remaining on development, enjoyment and creating a love for the game. 👏

🏅 U9/10’s – CHAMPIONS✅ 3 wins from 3⚽ 12 goals scored🛡️ Only 1 goal conceded

🏅 U11/12’s – CHAMPIONS✅ 4 wins from 4⚽ 11 goals scored🛡️ Only 1 goal conceded

🏅 U13/14’s – CHAMPIONS✅ 2 wins, 1 draw🛡️ Unbeaten without conceding a single goal

Huge congratulations to all of our players across every age group for the hard work, attitude and quality shown throughout the day. A brilliant representation of Future Clarets Burnley both on and off the pitch. 👏❤️
