Basement Youth UK Ltd The Project provides a safe yet neutral space with resources for young people / community groups from Burnley.

Our centre is set within two acres of woodlands at Healey Grange in Burnley and consists of a recording studio, carpentry workshop, industrial Kitchen, community Garden and various youth rooms. The centre provides opportunities to relax, learn new skills through various informal learning workshops. Since 2013 the Basement Project has developed key programmes, working with many disadvantaged youn

g people, community groups and schools.

• We currently deliver (2013) targeted youth support sessions (daytime programmes).
• We have open access youth clubs where all young people have opportunities to attend and participate through informal learning.
• 1-1 Mentoring Programmes.
• Volunteering opportunities.
• Work with referred clients from schools, Social services. Our ethos and approach to young people is inclusive, we recognise that many in Burnley face economic, financial and social barriers.
