We have now transtioned on from EJNW to EJNN - The Aims of EJNN (Equalities Justice National Network) are to
- Expose systemic harm across public services, especially where equity leaders are silenced, displaced, or structurally undermined.
- Support survivor-led leadership by creating safe, credible, and strategic spaces for those harmed by governance failure.
- Reform organisational development and governance through behavioural science, lived expertise, and evidence-based redesign.
- Build national infrastructure for equity and justice, ensuring survivor voices shape policy, practice, and leadership culture.
- Document patterns of harm through case mapping, public interest disclosures, and strategic advocacy.
- Protect future leaders by embedding structural safeguards, leadership safety protocols, and survivor-informed reform.
🌱 Mission Statement
EJNN exists to transform the conditions under which equity leaders operate — from unsafe, performative, and extractive systems to survivor-led, structurally safe, and justice-driven organisations.
We do this by:
- amplifying survivor expertise
- exposing governance failure
- supporting harmed leaders
- reforming OD and equity infrastructure
- building national momentum for systemic change
Equity Justice is the movement.
EJNN is the organisation.
Together, they are the future of survivor-led reform.
