In Charley's Memory Making Mental Health Matter. Supporting young people aged 11+. Reach out today. At In Charley’s Memory we can help you in lots of ways.

In Charley’s Memory aims to do the following within Somerset and surrounding areas.

- We offer 1-to-1 counselling, so you can work through what ever you would like to with your counsellor in a safe, supportive space. There is a small donation required and this will be discussed at your first appointment.

- To make support services to young adults with Mental Health conditions more accessible and

reliable to work with other organisations and to help raise the profile of Mental Health.

-To advance the education and knowledge surrounding Mental Health within learning environments and wider communities; we achieve this by working closely with schools and colleges and through drop in sessions and school assemblies.

- To reach out to young people looking to learn about mental health and recruit them as Ambassadors; run exciting projects and programmes designed to improve the wellbeing of the young people of the West Country. In Charley’s Memory is a friendly, local and open charity that is determined and passionate to make a difference.

We are incredibly grateful for all the support our charity has received on this page over the years, and for Jo, for creating everything following the loss of her beloved son, Charley.

We feel it is time for the charity’s social media presence to change, in the form of a new page which will be dedicated to our fundraising and service updates. This will leave this longstanding page purely for the remembrance of Charley for his family, as it was originally designed for.

We would be grateful should you decide to follow our new page and continue supporting the hard work we do in supporting your mental wellbeing.

Today is a very important day for our community, family, friends, and all of us at ICM. Today marks Charley's 30th birthday.

On Charley's birthday we would like to take a moment to say that Charley is always in our thoughts. We wouldn't be here, helping the community as much as we do, without the work that Charley's family put in to get the charity started.

There could only be one picture for today.... my favourite ever picture of my beautiful Charley Boy and me, four days before he became an angel..... His other birthdays I've accepted and got through, but this one has been a difficult one. Watching all of Charley's friends grow older and have families, has made my mind go into overdrive.
So happy 30th birthday, my beautiful boy, make sure that you are partying hard up there, especially with our other beautiful angel Benjamin ❤️❤️
