Rehoming date *****20th June*****
We have some white DeKalb hens available. 6000 to be exact.
These hens lay white eggs! Fancy…. 😝
I prefer the brown ones personally, but each to their own.
If you would like a bit of a change of hen colour please help us find homes for as many of these girls so they can enjoy thier retirement.
I don’t have any pictures to advertise, so if anyone else does and you don’t mind me using it. Please send over.

Another fantastic rehoming day with over 70 girls and two beautiful boys off to their retirement homes.
We saw some new rehomers this time, as well as some of our fantastic repeat rehomers. Thank you all for helping save the lives of these beautiful girls.
Massive thank you to the wonderful volunteers who gave up their time to help today and the bigger Fresh Start Team, farm team, drivers and admin team. Lots of love Vicki and Jasmine xx

Daffodils are out and Jasmine and i start to wake from our wet and muddy slumber. What a winter! Horses and rain are not much fun 😂

Anyway, onto fun times. New Burford rehoming date is coming soon.. will be April. Watch this space for confirmation of date.

***Home needed***

Hi all, a fellow hen lover is looking for a home for her two beautiful girls. Clearly much loved and cared for but sadly now in need of another loving home. The lighter ones called Morag and was rescued in 2023 and the darker ones Lavender was rescued in 2024.

Another wonderful rehoming day. Thats another 27 girls off to their retirements.
