This weeks shout out is to BrioneYoga

Brioney offers a compassionate, empowering, and restorative flow, allowing you to experiment with postures and advance your practice whilst remaining mindful and connected to the breath.

Brioney notices huge change in herself and others when practicing Yoga, and believes it gives us the tools we need to be kind to ourselves and others. Often using the theory and tradition of Yoga, Brioney will use this to guide her teaching and create and relaxing, playful environment for her students to practice, be open, explore but also find themselves again amongst the madness of today’s society, and remind people we are more than the physical self.

Today's shout out goes to Buntingford School of Dance

Buntingford School of Dance was founded in 2002 and aims to inspire students to be the best they can be, whether they dance for vocational or recreational interests.

Our teachers are passionate about delivering high quality dance provision across a variety of genres.

We offer ISTD Syllabus classes in Ballet, Modern/Jazz and Tap, while our Commercial, Baby Boppers & Adult classes are non-syllabus classes. Students have the opportunity to participate in ISTD Graded and Vocational Exams, Shows, Competitions and Workshops.

Why Dance? When we dance, we build strength and stamina as well as developing muscle control, poise and balance.

Thank you so much to those that came to the Christmas drink at the Fox and Duck Buntingford.

Was great to see Mark from Church Lane Creative, Brioney from BrioneYoga, Mark from Marketing Zone,
Attend2Health, Duncan The Mayor of Buntingford and Sarah who had spent so much time organising the Late night shopping. It was great to be able to say thank you to Sarah for all her hard work.

We will look to hold meetings next year around once a month with networking after the meeting. Would be great to see lots of businesses there and to get your views on how we can support you further.

Following a new Christmas tradition, Freman College Sixth Form will be holding its annual Santa Parade through Buntingford High Street to raise money for Herts Young Homeless. Come down and join us at 9:15 on Friday, December 20th.
