Quiet Waters provides an opportunity for Christians to seek God in a quiet, peaceful and safe environment that allows freedom and space to experience God's love. The team has a confidential approach to individuals needs and is ready to help through prayer, worship, and guided led retreats (which can be tailored to individual needs) or simply by listening. Come and sense the presence of God bringing His peace and perspective as you wait on Him. We operate on a donation basis for individuals, our suggested donation is £62 per 24 hours for full board, but if you are unable to afford this and need to come, please do. We believe that it is important that we are here for those who need us and trust that God will provide the funds we need to run Quiet Waters. As well as offering peace and quiet for the individual, we are also ideal for groups, either for a day or a weekend. We have been used for church away days and by Alpha groups, leadership team meetings etc. For groups, accommodation is available for about 16 resident guests in 9 rooms. There are two sitting rooms and a dining room, where guests can enjoy meals prepared from freshly grown fruit and vegetables from the garden (whenever available in season). Bedrooms are comfortably furnished with wash hand basins in most rooms, and tea/coffee making facilities provided. Two ground floor bedrooms are available with easy access, but sadly there is no provision for personal care available.
