Always something going on in Bunbury 😍

Bunbury Village Day Scarecrow Festival is certainly starting to gather pace, and we are delighted to see a few Scarecrows and Wild Art displays popping up around the village. The latest of which can be found on College Lane (near the Dysart Inn)

We’re not quite sure what species these are… but they appear to be a rare sighting of the Cheshire Wildflower Jeans in full bloom 🌼👖

Or perhaps they’re just “boot-cut botanicals” and “denim daisies” enjoying the sunshine! ☀️

You can join in the fun by creating your own Scarecrow or Wild Art display which should of course relate to our theme – WILD BUNBURY, celebrating the wildlife, countryside and community of Cheshire.

Residents, businesses and community groups in and around Bunbury are all welcome to take part!

Avoid the showers ☔️ and come inside for a tour around our historic Watermill and enjoy getting hands on with some of our heritage!
If mills aren’t quite your thing, we have lovely 🍰 🫖 ☕️ available and you can enjoy the tranquility of the beautiful natural surroundings 🌳 🦆 🌺 🦆 🌳😍

School visits are an important part of what Bunbury Mill is all about. Thanks to all of our volunteers that supported the visit, the Reception class of Charles Darwin Community Primary School had a lovely, interactive time.
