Cub camp 26,

Ducky, Penguin and Squirrel went on a camp visit on Sunday for the upcoming Cub camp at Sandleheath on the 29 - 31 May 26.

We’ve checked out a number of locations for the camp. It will be amazing, we’re so excited.

If any parents would like to join us, give us a shout, even if it’s just a chance to meet the very friendly Tamworth pig.

If you haven’t booked a place yet please do.

Just to remind parents if scouts could bring warm clothes and a torch. Along with a water bottle.

Heads up next week will be a hike from Collingbourne Ducis to Ludgershall. Postcodes to follow.

These are all in preparation for the scouts Explorer Challenge badge.

There are still spaces for camp, if you can't find the email please PM a leader if you're interested. This will be a shared camp with 1st Boscombe Down

Sleeping will be INDOORS in bunk beds with various activities planned over the weekend

£55 to be paid by 11th January

Price includes activities and food for 2 days.

Lovely Harvest Festival on Sunday - thanks to Avon River Team of Churches and Caron and Lottie for leading the service.

We paraded from our Scout Hut to the church so thanks also to the parents and leaders who helped along the way.

This was the first Parade Service since we established our Squirrels section, and was attended by young people from Squirrels, Beavers, Cubs, Scouts and Explorers.

Our next parade service will be Sunday 9th November for Remembrance Sunday.
