In our lovely local Oxfam shop, our volunteers, people like you help sort, price and display all of the books that are donated.

With their expertise, we raise money to help fight poverty and find new homes for pre-loved books so that they can continue to be enjoyed.

Another Life. Ordinary clothes made extraordinary.

Have you heard about the M&S and Oxfam partnership Another Life?

It’s simple.

Bring in your unwanted clothes and receive a £5 M&S voucher off a £35 spend on clothing, home and beauty products in M&S stores.

As long as your donation contains at least one item of M&S labelled clothing or M&S soft furnishings (excluding sale and clearance items).

Our team will then raise as much money as possible from every item you donate, supporting our work to fight inequality to end poverty and injustice.

So, if you come in for a browse you’ll probably find a number of M&S items on our rails.

Nick Nack clear out?

If you’re having a clear out this weekend, we would be happy to find new homes for your nick nacks and other home wares.

We can also rehome clothing, books, curios, jewellery and most other goods with the exception of anything electrical.

We work hard to raise as much as we can from all donations, to support our work to end poverty and support those who need our help across the world.

We are in urgent need of new volunteers to join our team!
Vacancies include covering the till on a Tuesday morning, Wednesday afternoon or Saturday afternoon, and also donation sorting roles in the backroom on a Sunday.
