Bude Food Bank Plus

Bude Food Bank Plus Bude Foodbank Plus is a charity that was set up to support people in Bude and the surrounding area who are facing adverse poverty.

We supported a growing number of around 1,300 adults and children this year providing over 700 emergency food parcels. Bude Foodbank Plus supported 1,300 adults and children last year facing extreme poverty and during 2019 needed to increase its provision by 25% such was the demand. Many of these people, either through we support are older people who also struggle with social isolation. Since Covi

d-19, the Foodbank has been busier than ever and at Christmas time distributed over 350 food parcels in Bude and the surround area. The Foodbank is dependant on the support of local people and donations can be made at www.budefoodbank.org.uk/donate

Hello everyone
As you all now it is Bank Holiday Monday 25th May so the food bank will be closed. We will reopen on Tuesday Morning at 9.30.
Also if anyone has carrier bag that are spare please could you let the food bank have them thank you all for you support have a good weekend 👍👏

As we continue to support the families of Bude and the surrounding area we constantly find our shelves becoming more empty.
Here is a list of everyday things we could do with.

Next Monday is bank holiday so a quick reminder to say we are close that day.

Next week we will be open as normal Monday, Tuesday and Thursday 9.30 till 1pm. We will be closed Good Friday and the Easter Monday, then back to normal on the Tuesday 7th April

A quick note to say thank you for the support we have had from all of you, as you know the need is ongoing.
Easter is just around the corner, and would like to ask for some donations of Easter Eggs so we can give a little extra treat to the children.
