Our small, friendly preschool in the beautiful Cornish village of Marhamchurch, near Bude, is looking for a caring and enthusiastic Early Years Practitioner to join our team from
January 2027 to cover maternity leave. 🌈🌱

👶 We’re looking for someone who:

🌟 Holds a minimum Level 2 Early Years qualification
🌟 Has experience of working with young children (preferred)
🌟 Is warm, caring and nurturing
🌟 Is enthusiastic, creative and full of ideas
🌟 Loves learning through play and exploring the outdoors
🌟 Has a good understanding of the EYFS
🌟 Is committed to safeguarding and children's wellbeing
🌟 Works well as part of a small, supportive team

We’re a small village preschool where every child is known, valued and cared for. Our days are filled with imagination, exploration, messy play, outdoor adventures, laughter and lots of learning along the way! 🐝🌿🪵

📍 Location: Marhamchurch, Bude, Cornwall
📅 Start date: January 2027
🕰 Minimum of 20 hours a week
👶 Position: Maternity Cover
🎓 Minimum qualification: Level 2 Early Years
💷 Pay: Depending on qualifications and experience.

Do you love muddy knees, messy hands, big imaginations and even bigger smiles? 🥰
Our little preschool in a beautiful Cornish village is looking for caring, enthusiastic and reliable Bank Staff to join our wonderful team! 🌈🌱

We’re looking for someone who can help us cover staff sickness, holidays and occasional absences — so flexibility is key!

👩‍🌾 You’ll need:

🌟 A minimum Level 2 Early Years qualification
🌟 A genuine love of working with young children
🌟 A kind, caring and nurturing nature
🌟 Enthusiasm for outdoor play, exploration and learning
🌟 A good understanding of the EYFS
🌟 A commitment to safeguarding and children's wellbeing
🌟 The ability to work as part of a small, friendly team

An enhanced DBS will be required.

As another wonderful year comes to an end, we would like to say a huge thank you to all of our families for your continued support throughout the year. It has been an absolute pleasure to teach, nurture and watch your children grow in confidence, independence and happiness.

To all of our children moving on to big school, we wish you every success as you begin your exciting new adventure. We are so proud of each and every one of you and know you will do amazing things.

To our younger children, we can't wait to welcome you back in September for another year of fun, learning and making wonderful memories together.

We hope you all have a fantastic, safe and relaxing summer holiday. Thank you for being part of our preschool family.
