Bude Area Toy Library Neetside Community Centre, Bude
Weds 9.30-11.30am and Saturday 10-11am

We have a fantastic range of toys for both indoors and outdoors and cater for children aged 0 - 5. It's a great way to provide your children with new toys without the expense of buying them. If you're hosting a party our outdoor toys provide fun and low cost entertainment, some of the items include a roller coaster, slides, rockers, tunnels and much more.

We love how we are able to work with others to provide support for families. We have had a couple of “swaps” now with the lovely Chelly Sturgess and her foodbank. Helping each other with items we both need and of course the beautiful Sue Jarvis at the foodbank, our trustee and dear friend. We help each other out with referrals . Bude Area Toy Library have helped us with stair gates and are a fantastic resource in Bude. St Petroc's School Nursery have kindly been a drop off point for us since day one . The wonderful Morrisons Community Champion Bude has been so helpful over our first 6 months letting us fundraise and keep a trolley in store for collections. Bude primary Academy and The Kitchen Front helped us with fundraising events , as have Bude Social Club and Bude Methodist Church. The wonderful members of Freedom Church Bude also helped us get up and running and purchase essential items. Co-op have now given us the opportunity to fundraise with them for a year with their Community Fund. Plus, we’ve met wonderful health visitors and midwives from across north Devon and Cornwall and lovely people from the Twins Trust.

Of course our community and friends across the country have been a huge support too.

Team work makes the dream work !!!

Apologies but the Toy Library will be closed on Saturday 11th Oct due to ongoing problems at Neetside. We are still open on Wednesdays.
