Another wonderful (busy!) Zero Waste Kitchen - this time with an Italian theme 🇨🇮 using locally-sourced, affordable ingredients, some foraged greens (nettles and wild garlic) for added colour and flavour, lots of fun shaping pasta by hand and using the pasta-makers, a simple, hearty tomato/bean sauce and a flavourful panzanella (bread) salad. Yum!😋
Many thanks to all the wonderful Sustainable Bude team, volunteers and workers, who brought this together with Alison Stubbs, whose boundless enthusiasm and knowledge is an inspiraion to get cooking. Everyone who came along made it a joy - thank you!
