Navigating parenthood without support isn’t easy. Sharing experiences, advice or just a cuppa can help ☕

The Pearl Exchange Parent Group returns from Monday 7th September, 9:30-11:30am!

This is a casual, friendly space for parents to come together, support one another and meet friends. We have free tea, coffee + biscuits, as well as a selection of toys from the Toy Library for your little ones!

Do you want to shape the future of The Pearl Exchange? Have you got ideas for workshops or events you’d like to see on our programme?

Join us on Wednesday 9th September at 6pm for our Advisory Board meeting and have your say!

Our Advisory Board meetings are an opportunity for anyone between 18-35 to help shape The Pearl Exchange’s programme. We order pizza, have a big brainstorming session and run our ideas past you – these meetings are really informal and fun.

Join us for these brand new Neurodiversity Friendly Yoga sessions on Saturday 5th and 19th September, 10-11am!

These classes will be easily adjustable, in much smaller groups, so we can really focus on what works for each individual. No diagnosis necessary.
