Celtic Meditation

Celtic Meditation We teach meditation and spiritual healing, not for profit, but to share with others freely, that profound prophecy that has been shared with us.

We hold group meditations on the equinox and solstice.

Assume the spirit, the feeling of the wish fulfilled, and you will have opened the windows to receive the blessing. To assume a state is to get into the spirit of it.

Now is a portal, the eye of the needle through which the temporary, finite person you seem to be passes out of time into the Eternal Now, eternity.

'Your sense of inner peace depends on spending some of your life energy in silence to recharge your battery, remove tension and anxiety, reacquaint you with the joy of knowing God, and feel closer to all of humanity.'

The Tiny Joy Project

Many teachers and initiates lament the fact that certain secrets are being spread broadcast to-day; secrets that, in the past, were kept closely guarded. They fear that unillumined and un-evolved people may make destructive use of spiritual power. It is true that strong personalities, who have a great belief in their own power to achieve and succeed, draw unconsciously on hidden powers, and thus are able to raise themselves high above their fellows. However, with the regular practice of meditation, we can consciously raise our vibration to a higher frequency, giving us access to inner powers at will.

You have unlimited power to make a positive difference. Drop a YES if you feel this in your heart.

"Sometimes we feel powerless to make a positive difference in the world, but know that your joy, your happiness, touches every boundary of our planet and every living being."

It doesn't matter if the glass is half empty or half full. Be thankful that you have a glass and be grateful that there is something in it.

”Are you happy? Do you wake up every day with a smile on your face and gratitude in your heart? Maybe not! In this race of wanting more and having more, we forget to count our blessings, the treasures we truly possess but choose to ignore so nonchalantly. We rush day after day for things of little value without realising that the most priceless things in the world are there for free. Maybe because it comes for free, we care so little for it. Except for a few fleeting thoughts about our body and health, now and then, it is the thirst for money and materialistic success that roam the halls of our mind.

Every time we embrace someone, be it a stranger, a friend or an intimate companion, we are not really embracing a person. We are simply enacting, in the realm of experience, the deep recognition of our shared being.

There is a consciousness inside us called the Atman in Sanskrit; and through meditation we can discover that this consciousness, or what is called the Atman, cannot be only inside. It has to be outside also because if consciousness is only inside our body and not outside, who will know that it is not outside? There is nothing except consciousness that knows. It is the knower, the understander, the perceiver, the seer, the principle of knowledge.

Awakening means being open, with relaxed awareness, not an inner demand to be awake but rather an inner interest in being awake. Being present is not exhausting. In fact, relaxed presence can stabilise for long periods, energising us in a sustainable manner, not draining us.

At its deepest level, we relax our hold on the known, our insistence on viewing the world in our habitual ways. A glimmer of a deeper way of life begins to open up in us. This requires our perceptions to step beyond our accustomed horizons. Spiritual masters often describe the truth, the reality, the Divine as not far from us, as closer than our own breath, as a medium in which we live and move and have our being. How is this possible if we do not see it? Our habitual ways of thinking, feeling and sensing, our habitual ways of perceiving, built up over a lifetime, believing we know the world; all this blinds us to the Truth.
