Some of the boxers last night having a session with Vic Smith from KC Pilates.
This session was organised to help improve core strength, balance, flexibility, posture, and injury prevention.
Boxing isn't just about what happens in the ring. The best athletes work on all aspects of their fitness, and sessions like these play a big part in helping our boxers perform at their best.
