We had a desperate call for help this morning, contacted a counsellor and that person is being seen this afternoon. That is how quickly we are able to respond in some cases. That’s what your money can do and that is why we have to continue fundraising so that we can keep this service going. NHS waiting lists are months and sometimes that is just too long.
Please continue to support us so that we can carry on helping people who need it. You never know when you may be the one to need our help 💙

We have been very kindly donated these limited edition personalised whisky’s from someone who wishes to remain anonymous . To kick start our kiltwalk we are going to do a lucky square for this bottle at £3 a number which we’ll draw by random number generator before the kiltwalk on 7th June.

We were delighted to receive this award last night at the Moray and Banffshire Heroes award ceremony in the Banff Springs Hotel. Thank you so much to the person who nominated us and to everyone who voted for us and for all the lovely comments and messages we have received since last night.
It was a very emotional night for us because no matter what we do or how much recognition we get, at the heart of it we have lost Jody and that will never get easier 💔
