Autumn Recycling Fact: 🍂

Did you know that recycling one aluminium can saves enough energy to power a television for around 3 hours? That's plenty of time to watch your favourite film while enjoying a hot chocolate! ☕

Autumn Challenge: As the leaves fall this season, see how many cans, bottles and cardboard boxes you can recycle. Every item helps save energy and keeps valuable materials in use instead of going to waste.

And while you're doing your bit, our team in Elgin will be working hard behind the scenes to sort and process all your recycling efforts. Together, we're helping to make a real difference for our environment! ♻️

Autumn Trainee BBQ! 🍔

What a fantastic evening we had at our Trainee BBQ last Friday! 🎉

It was brilliant to bring everyone together for an evening of good food, great company and plenty of laughs. ❤️ It was also lovely to put our beautiful MRO Garden to good use and enjoy the space together - it was the perfect setting for an Autumn BBQ!

A huge thank you to everyone who came along and helped make the evening so special, and to everyone who helped with organising, cooking, serving and getting everything ready. We couldn’t have done it without you! 🙌

And, of course, we have to mention the weather! It played ball for almost the entire evening, right up until the final 30 minutes! 😂 We were definitely feeling very lucky to have managed such a lovely evening outdoors.

Thank you once again to everyone who joined us and helped make our Trainee BBQ one to remember. 💚

🎉 WE’VE MADE IT AROUND THE WORLD! 🎉

We’ve done it! Together, we have reached 25,000 miles and officially completed one full journey around the world! 🌎🙌

What started as a challenge to get moving, have fun and make a difference has taken us all the way around the globe - one mile at a time. 🚶‍♀️🚴‍♂️🏃‍♀️

A HUGE thank you to everyone who has:
💛 Taken part in the challenge
💛 Logged their miles
💛 Sponsored a participant
💛 Donated to our campaign
💛 Shared the challenge and encouraged others to get involved

Every single mile and every donation has helped make a difference as part of our 25th Anniversary Campaign - The MRO Journey: Circle of Giving. 💛

Your support helps us continue providing opportunities, support and meaningful activities for our trainees, helping them build confidence, develop skills and achieve their goals.

But… we’re not stopping here! 👀

Now that we’ve made it around the world, can we do it again?

Let’s start another loop and see just how far we can go together! 🔄

If you haven’t joined yet, there’s still time to get involved. Whether you want to move more, take on a personal challenge, raise money, or simply be part of something bigger - we’d love to have you with us.

👉 Join the challenge:
https://morayreachout.org.uk/register/

And if taking part isn’t for you, you can still help by sharing the challenge, encouraging someone to join, or making a donation.

25,000+ miles down… let’s see how many more we can do! 🌍💛
