Evenstar aims make a difference, one life at a time, people and animals alike. We focus on the vulnerable ones ( such as children and women ), those who live only to survive ( such as the migrant workers and refugees ) and those without a voice ( such as the animals and infants ). We go where there is no mass media support, where the international charities deem too marginal to have any direct imp

act, where human beings and animals with real sufferings are not heard. Even though what we achieve might just be a drop in the ocean, but to those that we help, this drop is the ocean. We believe strongly that if every single one of us makes a little effort to make a little difference, together we will make this a better world.

While many of our amazing fosters are heading off on holiday, our rescue cats are looking for their own summer staycations.

Alfie is adopted and loving life! 🧡

Alfie is enjoying having the run of his new home (and luxury catio!).

After being found all alone on December as small kitten, he’s now settling into the good life: exploring every corner, soaking up the sunshine, and getting all the love and attention he deserves.

Stories like Alfie’s are why we do what we do. Every adoption creates space for us to help another cat in need, and there are still so many wonderful cats waiting for their chance.

Somethings just don’t make sense, and why Eloise still hasn’t found her forever family is at the top of that list.

Sweet and lovable, with a wonderful quirky personality, she loves to cuddle and hang out with her people companions. She likes to play, chase bouncy balls and is a great companion for watching tv- especially F1 racing that she seems to really enjoy!

The great things about Eloise cannot be captured in a post. She is a beautiful cat with gorgeous tortoiseshell markings, and yet time and time again she has been passed over. She deserves a family of her own and to have a home…. It just hasn’t happened for her yet.

Her story began when her mother and her litter of kittens including Eloise, were rescued from a dire situation in the heat of the summer. They were barely surviving the heat and the kittens were suffering. Her rescuer took in her mother (Violet) and her siblings who were all quickly adopted. But Eloise is still with us. Still waiting for her turn and chance at happiness.

She was in a family foster environment for a while and she THRIVED. She loved and bonded with the small children and even the families cat, but unfortunately it was always supposed to be temporary and that came to an end. She is now in another foster, but there are too many cats for her liking. She would ideally be paired with one other cat or could even be a single cat.

Can you welcome Eloise into your home ? She is affectionate, chatty and would be a loyal companion. Ideally she needs a forever home and to be adopted and given all the love she deserves. Fostering may also be considered depending on the circumstances.

She is 2 years old and healthy- spayed, fully vaccinated, microchipped, etc.

Hank urgently needs a safe space! 🐾

After being found abandoned alone, Hank has settled into home life remarkably quickly and is already learning his manners. Unfortunately, he has run out of time in his current foster.

Hank is a sweet, affectionate puppy with plenty of playful puppy energy and a love for human company. Despite his puppy enthusiasm, he’s doing wonderfully in the home and settles well at night, sleeping independently through the night.

🩺 He has been health checked, microchipped, received his spot-on treatment, and had his first vaccination.

Could you offer Hank a safe place to stay or even better, a forever home? PM if you can help!

Meet Betty White!

Just like her namesake, Betty is full of quiet charm, gentle sass, and that unmistakable “golden girl” energy. 👵🏻💛

This lovely lady is calm, relaxed, and happiest in a peaceful home where she can enjoy the simple pleasures like good company, chin scratches, and being near her people. She’s friendly and affectionate, greeting you with happy chirps when she sees you. She likes to sit nearby and snuggle next to you on a blanket keeping you company.🥰

Betty is estimated to be around 2 or 3 years old and has come a long way. She was found abandoned and had clearly been through a lot, recovering from illness, anemia, dental infections, and more. But true to her resilient spirit, she’s healed beautifully and is now a healthy, happy girl ready for her next chapter.📖

🩺 She is spayed, vaccinated, microchipped and more than ready to find a loving home where she can truly shine.

If you’re looking for a gentle soul with a heart of gold, Betty might be your perfect match. She would do best in a calm home as a single cat or with another relaxed cat. 🐾

Grover, now Merlin, is adopted!

We were alerted about this handsome boy after someone complained that he was living in their backyard. It was obvious he had once been someone’s pet but despite asking around, no one came forward looking for him.

With no owner in sight, we stepped in and brought him to safety and straight into the good life. And what a good life it is! Merlin landed on all four paws in the most loving home, where he’s being spoiled exactly as he deserves.

His new family has been incredibly patient and dedicated, taking the time to carefully integrate him with their resident cat (and anyone who’s introduced two adult male cats knows that’s no small task!) and their commitment has paid off. Lovable kitty Tigger is still waiting… 🧡

Tigger’s early story was a heartbreaker - he was found as a tiny kitten in a rubbish bin.
Yet despite such a difficult start, he has grown into a gentle, affectionate boy who absolutely adores people.

What makes his story even harder is this…
Tigger has now been waiting nearly two years for someone to choose him.

In all that time, he has had little to no interest here in Doha.
He is one of our longest ever rescues - moving from foster to foster, patiently hoping his forever family will come.

We’re now hoping his chance might be in the UK 🤍
