For nearly a decade The Retro Run has been raising money for local charities. Starting with only a dozen riders it has grown to over 200 participants in that t Established in 2011 after a chat with work mates about old school bikes we decided to get a couple of locals together to ride to the neighboring village stopping at each pub on the way, and so the Retro Run was born. Now in its 5th year wit

h over 50 riders ageing from 5 to 65 taking part, we have raised over £4000 for local Childrens Charities including Birmingham Childrens Hospital, Acorns Childrens Hospice and MacMillan. The Route has only changed once due to the unfortunate closing of the Dodford Inn. We still ride from Bournheath to Bellbroughton stopping at The Swan, The Bell & The Talbot before riding back.
