What a wonderful afternoon we had on Saturday at TardeFest, hosted by Tardebigge Church.

It was a real pleasure to perform some of our latest repertoire for such a welcoming audience and to be part of an event that brings the local community together while raising valuable funds for Primrose Hospice.

A huge thank you goes to Alicia Rich for stepping in to lead the choir and cover for our Musical Director. We are incredibly grateful for her support, enthusiasm and expertise, and she did a fantastic job helping us share our music with everyone who attended.

Thank you as well to the organisers, volunteers, fellow performers and everyone who stopped to listen, sing along and support the event. Your generosity helps make a real difference to local hospice care and family support services.

We thoroughly enjoyed the afternoon and are already looking forward to our next performance!

What a fantastic weekend at Orchard Fest! 🎶☀️

Huge congratulations to Primrose Hospice & Family Support Centre for putting on such a magnificent event. Thank you for inviting Primrose Hospice Choir to perform on Friday evening as part of the opening celebrations – we had an absolutely wonderful time.

It was fantastic to showcase some of our newer repertoire, introduce our new choir leader, and share the energy and enthusiasm that is shaping this exciting new chapter for our choir. The audience response was incredible, and we were so touched by the many lovely comments we received throughout the evening.

We're particularly thrilled that several people expressed an interest in joining us, and we look forward to welcoming prospective new members when we begin our new programme on 16th September.

A huge thank you to everyone who came along to support us, and to Bromsgrove Photographic Society Tony Slade and friends and family for capturing so many wonderful moments from our performance.

Most importantly, we hope Orchard Fest raised thousands of pounds to support the amazing work of Primrose Hospice and Family Support Centre. Thank you for allowing us to be part of something so special.

We loved every minute and are already looking forward to next year! 💜

What a lovely day at the Stoke Prior Sports & Country Club Summer Fair! ☀️🎶

A huge thank you to everyone who volunteered on the Primrose Hospice Choir stand today. Special thanks to Jan, Pamela, Val, Debbie, Kathryn and Lynne for giving up their time, and to Brian, Pete and Simon for helping with the setup and support throughout the day.

We had a wonderful time meeting local people from Stoke Prior, Bromsgrove and the surrounding area, sharing information about the choir and chatting to potential new members. We're delighted to say there was lots of interest, and we're keeping our fingers crossed that we'll be welcoming some new faces to rehearsals in the coming weeks.

Thanks to the generosity of visitors taking part in our games, we also raised £53 in donations.

A special shout-out to , who very kindly provided face painting for our stand volunteers free of charge. Your kindness and creativity were very much appreciated! ✨

Thank you also to the organisers of the Summer Fair for putting together such a friendly and enjoyable community event. We thoroughly enjoyed being part of it.

If you weren't able to attend but are interested in joining the choir, we'd love to hear from you. We rehearse every Wednesday at Primrose Hospice from 7.00pm–8.30pm, and new members are always welcome.

What a wonderful afternoon! 💛🎶

Today, as part of the Bromsgrove Festival and Primrose Hospice campaign, we welcomed around 70 to 80 guests to our Tea Party Concert, and what a special event it turned out to be.

The choir performed a mixture of favourite songs and newer repertoire, including Over the Rainbow, Defying Gravity, You Are the Reason and Thank You for Being a Friend. We were delighted to see so many smiles, hear such enthusiastic applause and share some truly moving moments with our audience.

🎼 Our Musical Director, Kathryn Day, who couldn't be prouder of what the choir achieved today

👏 And, of course, our audience, friends and family. Thank you for coming along, supporting us so generously and helping to create such a warm and welcoming atmosphere.

A special happy birthday to our Chair, Anita Clayton, who celebrated her birthday today! 🎂 And thank you to the wonderful Jacki for the beautiful birthday cake that made the occasion even more special.

We're still totalling up the fundraising figures and will share those as soon as we can, but for now we simply want to say thank you.

Days like today remind us of the power of music, friendship and community.

✨ What an incredible evening we had on Thursday at our Primrose Hospice Choir performance! ✨

For many of our choir members, this was their very first public performance, which made the night even more special. We are so proud of every single person who stepped up, sang their hearts out, and made the evening such a success. 💛🥰
