Want your child to join us for the May–July 2026 term? Funding is available across our Main Academy, Little Ones, and After School Club classes and we want to make sure as many young performers as possible can take part! 🎭✨

💛 Did you know funding is available for SYP 2026 — The Wiz? 💛

We believe every young performer deserves the chance to be part of something special, and we don't want finances to be a barrier to taking part in this summer's production at The Woodville Theatre.

Funding is available for this year's Summer Youth Project and applications are open now! Simply use the link in our bio to apply.

❤️🖤 February Half-Term Funding Now Available ❤️🖤

This February half term, Friends of Centre Stage is incredibly proud to be able to support local families by offering funded places for children to attend performing arts holiday workshops.

We know school holidays can be challenging for many families, and we firmly believe that every child deserves access to creative, confidence-building opportunities, no matter their circumstances.

🎭 Performing arts help children
• Build confidence and self-belief
• Make friends and feel included
• Stay active, engaged and inspired during the holidays

Thanks to our community, fundraisers and supporters, we’re able to remove barriers and give more children the chance to shine this half term ✨

Join us for a magical festive celebration for the whole family! ❤️⭐️

Adult – £10
Child – £5
(Every child receives a present from Santa! 🎅🎁)

– Festive buffet

A quick reminder that funding applications for Friends of Centre Stage are open!

Funded spaces are available for Jan-Apr weekly classes and upcoming February Half Term Workshops (details out soon).

You still have plenty of time to submit your application, so start early and give yourself the best chance.

We are excited to inform you that the next round of applications for funding from the Friends of Centre Stage is now open.

This funding will allocate scholarships for weekly classes between January–March (Term 2) and a number of spaces at our February Half Term Workshops, which will be announced in December.

Applications Open: 21st November 2025
Applications Close: 15th December 2025
Funding Awards Announced: 18th December 2025 (successful applicants will be notified by email)

Friends of Centre Stage is dedicated to providing opportunities for young people aged 4–18 to engage in the arts, particularly those who may face financial barriers. We believe in the transformative power of the arts and strive to make them accessible to everyone.

Ready to take your performing arts skills to the next level? Our 3-day intensive is perfect for students preparing for auditions and college-level training. Each day is dedicated to dance, singing, and drama, led by the Centre Stage Theatre Academy team and top guest professionals from leading colleges like Masters and Performers.
