Shine PND Support Gloucester

This week at drop-in (19/06/26) it's going to be warm! So we'll open the water and sand outdoor play and get some ice lollies in the freezer. 😎🌞

We'll have a make your own monster craft for the little ones and, as requested last week, more materials and glue for mums working on their messy and gratitude journals.

Shine PND Support drop-in is a support group for mums of preschool children who are struggling with their mental wellbeing. Mums can chat, craft, grab a refreshment, just chill and listen to the music... whatever they need that day to feel more them, in a safe, non-judgemental space. We have a peer support worker and a play facilitator on site running the sessions.

Shine PND Support Drop-in is on this Friday (12/06/26). Shine Drop-in is a safe, non-judgemental, relaxed space for mums of preschool children who need a bit of help with their emotional wellbeing.

Last week the older kids made a rainbow fish with Tracie and added it to an underwater scene. Doesn't it look amazing?

This week we'll have the toys out and some colouring for the little ones. And, as everyone enjoyed it so much last week, we'll have another week of adding to our journals, with some inspirational quotes from literature available for any mums who'd like to stick them in.

So, if you need us, pop along for a cuppa, a craft and a chat.

Gloucester Shine PND Support Drop-in is back on this week (05/06/26) 😁✨.

For the little ones we'll have an activity to make rainbow fish 🐠 involving some press printing. For the mums we'll have some more inspiring words from Donna Ashworth and materials and time for adding to journals (and blank notebooks for mums who want to start one).

This week we'll have indoor and outdoor play for the little ones and the usual mindful crafts for the mums, including rock painting.

Hello beautiful Shine humans ✨💛

If you’ve ever sat in a Shine workshop with me… laughed, cried, shared, breathed, scribbled, wobbled, healed, connected, or simply been human in those spaces… thank you 🫘

So many of the things growing now were planted in those rooms together 🌱
