We’re hiring! Youth Project Coordinator (Isle of Creativity)

New Carnival is looking for an enthusiastic and organised Youth Project Coordinator to join our team and lead Isle of Creativity – our Arts Council England funded project supporting young people aged 14–30 to explore a variety of artforms and creative careers.

This role is all about listening to young people, supporting their ideas, and creating meaningful opportunities – from weekly sessions and creative workshops to trips, events and our youth-led sustainable fashion show Trash to Trend.

Role details:
• Permanent contract
• Ideal start date: 9 March 2026
• 16 hours per week (flexible working days)
• £24,012 FTE (pro rata)

Interviews Friday 6th March

You’ll coordinate workshops, liaise with artists and schools, manage the Isle of Creativity Instagram account, organise trips, support youth-led events, and help young people build skills and confidence within the creative sector.
