Thank you to Mr Watson, Mrs Ansell and all the staff and pupils at Davenport Primary School for their sponsored cycle ride. They have been cycling 390 miles from school to Soroti (the total distance has been scaled down from 3,900 miles) since February. So far over £418 has been raised for Crossroads School! How amazing is that?

Today Global Challenge Trustees had a day for meetings and reflecting at this beautiful retreat. So much to share from our recent visit to Soroti and so much excitement as we plan for the future new school and community centre. Many thanks to Annalise for making us so welcome at The Living Well, Nonnington

✈️ Homeward Bound

After an incredible journey, the Global Challenge Trustees are officially on their way back to Entebbe! 🇺🇬

It’s been a productive and heart-filling trip, and we couldn’t have done it without our fantastic crew. A huge thank you to:

Sam, our trusty driver, for keeping us safe on the road.

Abraham, our GC Coordinator, for his tireless leadership.

Ruth, Abraham’s daughter, for joining the journey and sharing in the mission.

As they head toward the airport for their flight back to the UK, there is bound to be a lot of reflecting on the connections made and the work still to come. 🌍✨

Safe flight, team! We can't wait to have you back on British soil. 🇬🇧✈️

We are so moved by Faith’s joy! She is a chambermaid at the Soroti Hotel—where our Global Challenge trustees stayed during their recent trip to Uganda—and she was overjoyed to receive these beautiful baby clothes and a handmade blanket.

These gifts were lovingly crafted by our incredible GC supporters back in the UK. With her little one due next month, these treasures mean the world to her. It’s a beautiful reminder of how a small act of kindness can travel thousands of miles to wrap a new life in love. 🧶👶

Thank you to everyone who uses their talents to support our mission. You are making a real difference, one stitch at a time.
