About the Role
Mercy in Action is seeking a reliable Supervisor to assist the Shop Manager in the day-to-day operation of our Ampthill charity shop. The role involves supporting sales performance, maintaining shop standards, and helping ensure the shop runs efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
• Support the achievement of daily sales targets and maximise Gift Aid
• Deliver a high standard of customer service
• Manage and rotate stock in line with company guidelines
• Maintain visual merchandising, displays, and window standards
• Follow the Retail Handbook and Health & Safety procedures
• Act as a key holder and ensure the security of cash, stock, staff, and premises
• Complete basic shop administration and report operational issues
• Support volunteers and assist with wider charity initiatives when required
