Huge thanks to Lou Dixey for all her efforts on behalf of Pill Community Centre today. What an informative, enjoyable and entertaining (was it ever going to be otherwise?) way to spend a couple of hours on a sunny Bank Holiday.

A fantastic turnout for her history 'talk and walk' tour about Pill Pubs of the past. Glorious weather made for a great social gathering, finishing up at Pill Memorial Club - extending the local support still further.

Hugely generous donations brought the grand total raised to £455. A magnificent boost to Community Centre funds.
