Mark Moran MBE the founder of both Hydrate for Health and The Hydration Foundation is raising money for Great Western Air Ambulance Charity after suffering a cardiac arrest.

From survival to fundraising Mark is giving back to the charity that was a crucial part of his survival. Please support him if you are able.

All funds raised will go to Great Western Air Ambulance Charity

A Community Interest Company preventing dehydration by donating free Hydrant drinking systems to anyone who struggles to drink without help.
