Are you aged 18 to 26 and living with epilepsy — or do you support a young adult who is?
We’re excited to introduce a new local social group created especially for young adults with epilepsy and the people who care for them.

This is a relaxed, welcoming space to meet new people, share experiences, join in with activities, or simply hang out with others who “get it.” Parents and carers are also warmly invited — there’s room for you to connect and chat too.

📌 Where: Long Ashton Community Centre, Keedwell Hill (BS41 9DP)
🕚 When: Twice a month on Sundays, 11am – 1pm
Upcoming dates:
• November 2025: 2nd & 16th
• December 2025: 7th & 21st
• January 2026: 11th & 25th

This group is run by volunteers with support from Epilepsy Action’s Independent Group Network. It will be self-led, so your ideas and input will shape what we do moving forward. Think of it as your group, your way!
