We would love for you to join us at our seasonal meditation and gong bath for Autumn Equinox.

You will be guided through a meditation that has been written especially for the season and this workshop, and experience the healing vibrations of a gong bath played to you by Rose.

Rose is a wellbeing facilitator and graduate from the College of Sound Healing. Claire is a trained hypnotherapist and wellbeing coach. They are both Bristol Goddess Temple Priestesses of the Veiled Hinterland and can't wait to share this seasonal evening with you!

On the night please bring a matt, blanket and/or anything you need to be comfortable and warm. We also recommend bringing water, a grounding snack if you have dietary requirements, and a notebook if you would like to write down any of your experience at the end.

​The most important thing is your safety. This workshop (gong bath and guided meditation) is not suitable for those who are pregnant, have epilepsy, tinnitus, get very dizzy, have certain heart conditions including having a pacemaker, or who have experienced or who have recently experienced a severe mental health episode. Join us as we journey into Samhain.

A time of year for some introspection and shadow work.

This ceremony will be guided by the magick of a tea ceremony and a meditative journey to connect with an area of your shadow.

You are warmly invited to join us into this safe container to bring love and understanding to your inner world. Supported by herbs, gently walk a new path as you journey towards the winter months, preparing you for new growth when spring arrives once more.

As we will be working with herbs, I am afraid that this ceremony is not suitable for anybody who is pregnant or breastfeeding. I will be unable to provide a safe alternative for you.
