We believe that walking with others is a perfect way of improving both your health and social life. Our programme of walks is designed to encourage people of all ages and abilities to get and keep a little fitter, whilst enj

oying the company of other like minded local people. Most of our walks are between 2-4 hours or 3-6 miles in duration.
