Listening to our residents, because at ACH, theirs is the voice that matters.
We recently held our very first House Champions engagement session at ACH Birmingham, bringing together representatives from each of our houses to talk openly about what matters most to them.
It was a chance to listen, share ideas and hear directly from the people who live in our homes and use our services every day. We took surveys during the session to make sure we captured as many views and opinions as possible. Everyone’s experience is different, and every voice deserves to be heard.
Our Resident Engagement Lead, Francisco Salgado, said:
“It was a great opportunity to engage with our Housing Champions in Birmingham, go through the Charter of Rights, and have meaningful conversations about the issues that matter most to our tenants. The session provided valuable insight and helped us better understand the priorities and experiences of the people we represent.”
And this is only the beginning! We hope this session will be the first of many.
