Your voice is important! Brighter Places customer satisfaction telephone surveys happening now!
We’re running our spring telephone satisfaction survey until 20 June (including evenings and weekends)
The surveys are a great way for customers to tell us about their experience of our services.
How the surveys work
- Customer numbers are selected at random .
- Our partner, Acuity, will call customers and take them through short survey.
- Acuity will call from a Bristol number 0117 409 0030.
- If you are called it is your opportunity to tell us what you think we’re doing well and what could be better.
Didn’t get a call this time?
We run the surveys four times a year to keep a close track on how customers think we’re doing.
If you don’t receive a call before the survey ends on 20 June, we may call you next time!
