Resilience Lab

Resilience Lab Resiience Lab is a youth led project at Off The Record. We aim to promote Resilience in young people What do we do in Resilience Lab? Who can come to the Lab?

Resilience Lab is a space to learn and share strategies that help you deal with life’s setbacks. In a small group led by our young peer facilitators, we explore how to cope with stress, what it means to build self-care into our lives and how to grow our resilience. We do this through a whole heap of fun activities, paired and individual exercises and group discussions. Anyone aged 11-25 who wants

to learn some new ideas for how to thrive despite the pressures they face in life. It’s suitable for young people who are currently having a tough time and want to learn some new ideas for how to manage in a relaxed and informal environment. When and where? Wednesday evenings 6:00 - 7:00pm, Age:16-25
Thursday evenings 5:15 - 6:15pm, Age 11-17

Can I bring a friend? If you feel like you could do with the extra company when coming along, please bring a friend! We’re certain that they’ll get just as much from the workshop too. (p.s. some people have brought their mums and that’s okay too)
