Have your say about the new playground at Kingswood park. There’s an open meeting at the Park Centre today, 6.30pm. 😀🌳🛝

🛝 We’ve received a grant from The National Lottery Heritage Fund to restore Kingswood Park, including a new play area for children up to 14 years old.

We have two design options inspired by Kingswood's history and culture, and we want your input!

How to have your say:
• look at the designs on CommonPlace and share your thoughts by answering a few questions to let us know your preferred design

Join us:
• Wednesday 2 April: meet the project team in Kingswood Park from 3pm to 5pm
• Thursday 3 April: attend the Friends of Kingswood Park meeting at 6.30pm in Room 3 of The Park Centre, High Street, Kingswood
• Friday 11 April: meet the project team in Kingswood Park from 2pm

Closing date for comments is 11.59pm Easter Monday 21 April 2025.

Easter Journey - our fun Easter activity for all ages - Sunday 13th April, 3.30pm - do come along... we will meet at the hall, for craft and then set off to journey around the park as we tell the story of Easter and return to the Hall for a celebration Tea. Messy Church this Sunday, 9th March 3.30-5pm at Holy Trinity Church Hall.

All welcome as we explore caring for others. This month we have special guests from We Are BS15 CIC and Helping Homeless Believe - Charity, we’ll be making shelters, preparing food, and having lots of fun ‘helping’.
