Caring in Bristol x TAP 💙

For our second episode, we’re joined by Alv, Communications Lead at Caring in Bristol to talk about the charity’s work supporting people experiencing homelessness and how TAP for Bristol funding has helped support their Z House project.

TAP for Bristol raises funds for local charities supporting people experiencing homelessness, and we want to make sure more organisations know how they can benefit.

A look back on September’s Hospitality for our Community event with Bristol Good Food 2030 💚

We heard from Josh Eggleton from The Pony Group & Team Canteen, Kari Halford from Bristol B**r Factory and Jodie Smith from Heart of BS13 about how hospitality organisations across the city are independently and collectively supporting the communities they operate within.

Today marks World Homeless Day, so we’re giving TAP for Bristol a little reintroduction 💙

You might recognise our contactless donation points dotted around Bristol, but do you know what happens when you tap? Every £3 donation helps fund local charities supporting people experiencing homelessness. Together, we’ve raised over £180,000 and supported more than 4,500 people across Bristol.

This is the first in a new series introducing some of the incredible charities supported by TAP for Bristol.

The countdown to Hospitality Action Walk for Wellbeing is on! 🚶

This nationwide fundraising event begins on World Mental Health Day on Saturday 10 October, with Bristol’s 20km walk taking place on Sunday 25 October at 10am. Hosted by Bristol Hoteliers Association, the walk is open to everyone and you can also support by donating online.

Walk for Wellbeing brings the hospitality industry together, unites colleagues, friends, individuals and teams as they take part, whilst promoting the importance of mental health and wellbeing and raising vital funds for Hospitality Action.
