BZ Warwickshire

⚓ **Leading Cadet Promotion Board** ⚓

Yesterday we held a Leading Cadet Promotion Board, welcoming cadets from across Warwickshire and Mercia District Sea Cadets.

Throughout the day, cadets were assessed on:
🔹 Drill and Ceremonial
🔹 Leadership Tasks
🔹 Small Group Peer Educator Tasks
🔹 A Formal Interview

We're delighted to announce that **seven cadets passed** and will now be duly promoted to Leading Cadet, including **two exceptional passes**! 🎉 This is a fantastic achievement that reflects the hard work, commitment and leadership these cadets show week in, week out. Congratulations to you all!

A huge thank you to **Shirley Unit** for hosting the promotion board, and to all the adults who supported the cadets in preparing for the day. Thank you also to the adults who gave up their time to assess the board — none of this would be possible without you. 👏
