Join us on March 4th for this exciting drop-in event for the freelancers in our community. Our guest speaker, the Sunflower Gal will be introducing the event, with the aim to open up radical conversations around rest, community and support for freelancers. The rest of the event will be a Q&A, along with the 'FIKA" itself, a rest and connection-focused tradition, for which there will be coffee and cinnamon buns available for all!
🌻Loo Fletcher aka 'The Sunflower Gal' is back in her hometown of Hereford to build a community for freelancers. She is a Mental Health & Wellbeing Facilitator, Mentor, Advocate, experienced Peer Supporter and Founder of The Su***de Prevention Collective🌻
📮Postbox: A week before the event, we will have a post box at reception for you to 'post' any questions you would like to be included in the Q&A along with any ideas you have for building community in freelance here at the Shell Store.
