Making The Change - Brent Knoll House Making The Change is an organisation providing support to 16-18 year old young offenders. Charity Registration No: 1127567

Our purpose is to avoid repeat offending and allow young people to become active, contributing members of the community. Making The Change established a residential placement centre in Bristol in 2010. Brent Knoll House is a pilot project and it is hoped that the model may be replicated across the country.
