Bromley Heath Neighbourhood Watch (BHNW) Based in Bristol and covering around 2250 homes, Bromley Heath Neighbourhood Watch (BHNW) is one of the largest Neighbourhood Watches in the UK.

Bromley Heath Neighbourhood Watch (BHNW) is one of the largest Neighbourhood Watches in the UK. Based in Bristol, we have around 170 volunteers, and together we have been working hard for over 25 years to make our patch a safe but fun place to live for all its residents by taking an active interest in our community.

Bromley Heath Neighbourhood Watch is looking for a new Chairperson β€” could it be you?

If you care about keeping our community safe and crime-free, this is a fantastic opportunity to get involved. An interest in how local services work together (police, fire & rescue, local authority, and regional partners) is helpful, along with confidence in chairing meetings and representing the Watch.

The current Chair is retiring but will be on hand to support you as you settle in β€” you won’t be doing it alone.

We would like to make residents aware of suspicious activity that occurred in the early hours of 11th February.

At approximately 3:40am, two individuals approached the front door of a home on Baugh Road, Bromley Heath.

β€’ One suspect was wearing a paper face mask

β€’ The other was wearing a balaclava

β€’ One walked up to the front door but, after noticing the doorbell camera, casually walked away

On the same night, at approximately 4:20am, two individuals approached the front door of a property on Oakdale Road, Bromley Heath.

β€’ As they neared the door, they noticed the doorbell camera and walked away

β€’ One suspect was described as wearing a light coloured jacket and light jeans

Although no entry was attempted, the behaviour is concerning and may be linked to other incidents in the area around the same time.
