We’re looking for a new member to join our housing co-op in Clifton / Hotwells! 🏡
🛏 Double bedroom (unfurnished) in our top-floor flat with shared kitchen, living room, and a communal room for guests/home working. The room is on the 5th floor.
🏡 Windsor Terrace Housing Society is a housing co-operative in a large 5-storey building on the edge of Clifton Village, a 10 minute bus/bike to the city centre. The house consists of 4 flats and has a shared laundry room and a spacious garden.
💰 Rent is £450.36 (includes council tax, water, and internet; Electricity is paid separately). Deposit is £450.36. DSS accepted.
👩👩👧👦 You'll share the flat with Liv, Freya, and Martha (25-39). The wider co-op is a mixed group of 9 adults, with a shared interest in community-focused, sustainable living.
👀 We’d love to find someone who’s keen to get involved in the practical sides of cooperative living. Experience in financial planning, business development, project management or maintenance/ DIY would be a plus. Applicants of any age, background and gender identity are welcome to apply, but no couples and no pets, sorry!
