🌟 Backwell Scouts Are Recruiting! Become Our Trustee Board Chair 🌟
Do you want to make a meaningful difference in your community?
We’re looking for an enthusiastic volunteer to step into the vital role of Chair of the Backwell Scout Trustee Group.
As Chair, you’ll play a key part in supporting Scouting in Backwell, helping ensure we run safely, effectively, and in line with our charity responsibilities.
✨ What You’ll Do
As our Chair, you will:
• Lead the Trustee Board, helping guide the strategic direction of Backwell Scouts.
• Plan and organise Trustee Board meetings, shaping agendas and ensuring our work stays on track.
• Lead our AGM, ensuring we meet our governance responsibilities.
• Work closely with Lead Volunteers, supporting them to deliver great Scouting experiences.
• Oversee recruitment of new Trustees, helping build a strong, diverse board.
