I am writing to let you know that the application above will be considered by the Planning. Committee B at its meeting on Wednesday 1 April 2026.
The meeting will be held in City Hall, College Green, Bristol, BS1 5TR. The meeting will be starting
at 2pm, although it is not possible to say when the case will be considered.
From the Wednesday before the committee date, a copy of the officer’s report and
recommendation can be viewed with the planning application document.
Whilst this report will have a recommendation to either grant or refuse permission, it is important to note that this recommendation does not mean that the decision has already been taken, as the
decision now rests entirely with the elected members.
If you wish to submit a written Public Forum Statement to the meeting, please follow the link below, which explains the process including date & time for doing so. Please note that statements need to be submitted by 12 noon two working days before the meeting. Please make it clear if you wish to register to speak at the meeting, you must also submit an accompanying written
statement.
