Let's talk about 'No Ball Games' signs! At Playing Out, we've supported many parents who have been faced with these signs and other barriers stopping children from being able to play out together in safe, shared doorstep space - keeping them stuck inside, isolated and inactive.
Now London Sport has started a campaign to try and change things across the UK, supported by Playing Out, Play England London Play and many sports organisations.
Together, we are calling on all councils and housing associations to take down the signs and let children play out, just as Aberdeen Council has already done (read more here: https://playingout.net/.../yes-ball-games-removing-signs.../)
