Leicester-based sitarist Roopa Panesar is hailed by as "one of the most important musicians to have emerged from the British Asian diaspora", and has played to rapt audiences right across the globe.

For this captivating concert Roopa Panesar brings the timeless beauty of the sitar to life, performing in trio, accompanied by Harkiret Bahra on tabla and RN Prakash on Carnatic percussion.

Harkiret Singh Bahra has proven expertise in delivering his own euphonic voice through the tabla. With serene and emotive composure, his artistry is anchored in highly sophisticated Indian Classical improvisation techniques.

RN ‘Bangalore’ Prakash is a popular mridangam and ghatam artist performing globally, with many Carnatic concerts relying on his flawless accompaniment.
