The company's main differentiator is their ability to work with ex-offenders to train them to become facilitators such that they can deliver the company's programmes alongside their own testimonies. In consequence individuals will become equipped with the necessary skills to secure employment in the wider society. The charitable work includes providing ex-offenders with short and long term work e

xperience, training youth mentors who will be available to work outside school hours and in local council estates, and training and developing peer mentors.
