Took a little visit to the country's largest and most powerful onshore wind turbine, and it's entirely community owned!

Bristol Energy Network organised the trip to the Ambition Lawrence Weston turbine, and it was fascinating and inspiring to hear all about how the project came about. More of the same to come, keep an eye on BEN's channels for updates.

We had a great afternoon at the Lockleaze Neighbourhood Trust Climate & Nature Festival on sat! This community is always buzzing, and it's our pleasure to visit and chat energy savings.

Double-glazing, in good condition, is brilliant. But did you know that according to studies, curtains can save 41-62% of energy, depending on the type and installation?

Fit them close, use pelmets, use lined curtains, don't overhang radiators, we're full of handy tips like this! And they all add up to save you energy loss, which saves money, and reduces emissions.

In the UK, private homes account for about 20-22% of emissions. We are dedicated to helping bring that number down.
