Bumps+ babes@Ilminster is a free drop-in group run by mums for mums. It's a friendly relaxed group that offer support and information. You can pop along anytime for a biscuit and a chat with other mums. Siblings, partners and support people are also always welcome. We aim to run a topic of interest each week and have guest speakers such as local health visitors, lactation specialists, early years

play team and pamper sessions for the mums. Activities for the babies even the New Born's get involved. Come along and check it out, no need to book. Contact the Ilminster Childrens centre for more details.
