Our Baby First Aid courses hi are delivered by qualified first aid trainers and can help build your confidence so as a parent or carer you know what to do as a in a first aid emergency.

Whether you’re an expectant parent, parent, grandparent or carer of a baby or young child, we would do anything to protect the mini people in our lives. Our 2-hour baby & child first aid class, provides family & friends with the knowledge and skills to save a child’s life. The class covers the main first aid emergencies, including – CPR, Choking, Bumps, Bleeds, Burns, Breaks, Febrile Convulsions and Meningitis Awareness.

📢 Calling all parents and parents to be!

Did you know that today 24th September 2025 marks National Fitness Day and this year the theme is ‘Powered By You’. Our Walk & Talk Events are powered by our great volunteers and could not continue without your regular support. They are free to attend and the perfect way to get out and enjoy the fresh air, whilst improving your all-round health and fitness at the same time.

What is an NCT Walk & Talk? It's simple! It's a relaxed, informal gathering where parents, parents-to-be, and carers can meet up for a walk, chat, and connect. It's a fantastic way to:

Get some gentle exercise – perfect for new parents!

Meet other local parents and build your support network.

Share experiences and advice in a relaxed setting.

Boost your mood with fresh air and good company.

Show your little one the world from their buggy or sling!

Why host one? You don't need to be an NCT member or have participated in an NCT antenatal course! Simply choose a date, time, and a buggy-friendly route in your local area, and invite others to join you. It's a wonderful way to bring your community together and help combat loneliness that can sometimes affect new parents.

To everyone who visited the NCT Feeding and Changing tent at Bristol International Balloon Fiesta, we had so many families use the tent.

Forever grateful to Go 2 Storage for keeping the tent and all our supplies safe until next year.

Finally a HUGE thank you too our volunteers who looked after the tent over the weekend, we could not have done it without! 🎈🥳🎉🎈

LAST DAY at the NCT baby change and feeding tent Bristol International Balloon Fiesta is here if you need it.

Located at bottom end of arena near Lost Children and First Aid - look out for the green flag.

It’s a clean space to change babies, comfy area for feeding, high chair, microwave and kettle.

If you've got tickets for the sky lounge there is also baby changing and feeding facilities there too.
